Shipping Times
Information regarding availability and shipping times is displayed just below the “Add to Cart” button on each product page.
By default, orders are shipped in one parcel once all ceramics are ready. If you would like separate shipments based on the availability dates of your pieces, you will need to place separate orders.
We ship worldwide. All parcels are dispatched from France and are insured to allow for a refund in case of loss or damage. Deliveries within France and Europe are handled by Colissimo. For more distant destinations, we work with Colissimo and their local partners, as well as DHL and UPS.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. Below are typical delivery times:

France: 2 to 3 business days

Europe: 3 to 5 business days

International: 3 to 5 business days with DHL Express or UPS, 7 to 9 business days for standard delivery
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the logistics partner and destination country.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, before the payment stage, based on the delivery address provided. Please ensure you provide accurate and complete information. A mobile phone number and email address are required for successful delivery.
For orders shipped outside Europe, including to the United States, customs duties may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility. If duties are not paid and the order is automatically returned by the carrier, we will refund your order (minus the return shipping costs) once all items are received. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
Order Packaging
We pack all orders with great care to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. All parcels are insured to cover potential refunds in the event of loss or damage. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
